My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in real-world experience—including my own journey living with ADHD. What to Expect

Sessions typically take place weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. We’ll decide together what schedule feels most supportive. Each session lasts 50–55 minutes and is held via a secure video platform. Our time together is focused on your goals, your pace, and your unique path. You can expect warmth, honesty, reflection, and real tools to help you move forward.

For therapy, yes—I’m licensed in Texas. If you live outside of Texas, we can work together through life coaching.

Once we’ve had an initial conversation, I’ll send you a secure link where you can book sessions directly.

Not at all. Many people come to therapy simply wanting to feel better or gain clarity. We’ll work with whatever’s showing up for you.
